Welcome to Coaching By Bridgett, a personal training and strength and conditioning coaching business run by me, Bridgett Finn!

It’s meal prep day for me 😋

I looooove chicken and rice… and I have prepped it a lot lately, so I’m here to share some yummy meals I’ve had with it! Don’t worry I eat other things for dinner, this is just lunch 🤣

- Honey Sesame Chicken with Broccoli, Cauliflower, and Rice

- Pulled Buffalo Chicken with Peppers, Tomatoes, and Rice

- Grilled Chicken with Montreal Chicken Seasoning and Chili Powder, Brussels Sprouts/Broccoli, and Rice

What do you do on Sundays?

🍴For most people, it’s a great rest day from your workouts. BUT, it’s a great day for a kitchen workout!

🍴It gets busy throughout the week, and post people have minimal time to focus on making sure they’re eating nutritious food each day. Planning out your meals for every week day and cooking ahead of time can be SO helpful. I know I struggle eating enough protein and veggies in each meal unless I prep ahead of time.

This is my grocery haul from today and what I’m meal prepping this week!
🍳 Eggs with spinach and chicken sausage for breakfasts
🥦 Honey sesame chicken with rice and broccoli for lunches
🥩 Beef tips with roasted potatoes and green beans for dinners
🥜 Protein balls made with oats, peanut butter, honey, chia and flax seeds, and chocolate chips for a snack
