Last night's Taekwondo class was exceptional, started with a good workout and stretching. Then went into basics and patterns/forms. Then we went over material from Thursday and started teaching new material against a knife. Students did great learning the information and then applied it in a pressure test. All of the student's did great and I am so proud of them. Please like and share. ,

If you want to learn martial arts or self defense for yourself or your family. We have Tae kwon do classes every Monday and Thursday from 7:15pm to 9:00pm at the Town of Lebanon Parks and Recreation Department in Lebanon, Virginia. Please share with friends and family.
