Tonight's Taekwondo class was outstanding. We commenced with an excellent workout, followed by a focus on testing step sparring. Subsequently, we worked on kickboxing combinations drills, emphasizing proper footwork and striking techniques. The students demonstrated exceptional performance, and I am extremely proud of all of you.

During our last session, our Taekwondo class engaged in an excellent physical conditioning exercise, followed by focused training in preparation for the upcoming belt testing at the end of the month. Subsequently, we commenced instruction on kicking techniques, emphasizing the significance of core strength development as a crucial element in Taekwondo. The participants demonstrated exceptional proficiency.

Last night's Taekwondo class was outstanding. We commenced with an excellent workout, followed by self-defense techniques practice in preparation for the forthcoming belt testing. This was then followed by kicking combinations and movement drills. Well done, everyone.

Yesterday's class was truly exceptional. It began with my students wishing me a happy birthday, which was a wonderful surprise, making me feel extremely fortunate as an instructor. We were then joined by one of my former students, Hannah Meadows, who returned home after graduating from college. The class and I were overjoyed to see her. Our session progressed with work on patterns in preparation for the upcoming test at the end of the month. We also incorporated boxing and cardio drills into our training. The class concluded with shoulder tag exercises and board break testing, showcasing the students' skills. I am immensely proud of my students as they develop into outstanding leaders and individuals. I feel truly blessed.

Hello everyone, I apologize for not posting updates during our class sessions. This week, we will focus on practicing patterns and weapons patterns for the higher belts in preparation for their upcoming test at the end of June, which approximately 6 students are scheduled to take. On Thursday, we will also work on boxing and hand skills. I look forward to seeing you all there.
