Great classes with great people! Don’t forget that we will be holding our annual Thai-Turkey-Throwdown this Thursday (Thanksgiving day)at 8am to 9:30. Get your sweat on so you can eat everything later! No other classes Thursday evening and we will be closed Friday, regular schedule resumes on Saturday. Hope to see you all there this Turkey day!

This Saturday we are having the Dedeco seminar starting at 11am with promotions at 1pm. Price for the seminar is $75, promotions are free to attend. There will be no regular classes this Saturday. Hope to see y’all at the seminar!

Next Saturday, November 15th, we will be having a BJJ seminar with 6th degree black belt Andre Dedeco starting 11am, followed by a belt promotion at 1pm. Belt promotion is free to attend, seminar is $75 (cash). Please reserve your spot in advance. Great opportunity to learn!! No regular classes that day. Looking forward to seeing you all there.
