Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Lebanon Offering training in self defense Jiu-Jitsu for all ages. The perfect art for ground self defense. David Marsh is the CTC owner and head instructor in Lebanon.

He has over 10 years experience training and teaching Karate, promoting to 4th degree black belt. Along with Virginia Marsh (10 years experience training in Karate, 3rd degree black and youth instructor.), they make learning Gracie Jiu-Jitsu challenging and fun for all ages and skill levels.

Due to the predicted inclement weather this evening, we have made the decision to cancel all classes scheduled for tonight, Wednesday, June 17th.

The safety of our students, families, and staff is always our top priority. Please stay safe, and we will share any updates regarding rescheduling as soon as they are available.

IMPORTANT UPDATES FOR CLASSES - 6.10
Hello everyone,

A quick update for classes tonight. The CTC will be very warm, so we are adjusting both sessions for comfort and safety.

Bullyproof will begin at 5:30 PM and run for about 30–40 minutes. There will be no warm‑up and no dodgeball at the end. Students may choose whether or not they want to participate today.

Combatives will begin at 7:30 PM and also run for about 30–40 minutes.

Be sure to bring plenty of water.

Classes are canceled tonight — David injured his shoulder and needs to rest.
And don’t forget, there are no classes this Wednesday (per the CTC calendar).
