Body is sticking 2 weeks out. This is why you plan ahead to be ahead. Losing a week for being sick and sometimes the body is just stubborn.
This is why the old times of screaming in and dropping 20lbs the last 6 weeks just ain’t where it’s at.
Gonna push really hard these next 4 days then pull back and start feeding up.

Feeling good here 3 weeks out. This is as flat as I’ve been all prep and to be this flat and this peeled looking still is a great sign.
Small bit of extra food for 3 days while keeping cardio in. Then another push here for about 5 days.
Already nearly inside out. Time to push it fully there.
Feeling grateful, confident, at peace with how I am right now.
Excitement is building daily.
Total AAS 710mg weekly
Cardio is at 600 cals daily about 60 mins
Doing an extra 120 carbs on top of my daily intake for a couple days.

Put the posing work in and get help if you’re not confident.these are just minutes apart with a few minor adjustments
