Life lately🫶

I feel like I’m in limbo with my life right now and I’m just trying to embrace the stillness and practice patience.

As I close my coaching chapter that I’ve spent the past decade doing, I need to remind myself that I don’t have to start something new immediately.

If you are in a transitional period in your life too, just remember that you don’t need to have it all figured out and you don’t need to rush into something new🥰

Washington, you have my heart 🫶

I may be going back to the hot desert where I absolutely don’t want to be this summer, but I’ll be back soon Washington!

We hiked, mountain biked, walked more than 20k steps per day, enjoyed epic sunrises and sunsets, saw family, and also looked at some properties 👀

My cup is so full and I can definitely say that I will have a house in Washington and this will be the last summer I spend in Phoenix 🤣

I’ll be living that snow bird ❄️🦅 life real soon!

March moments 🫶🌸☀️

This year, I’ve been stepping up my wardrobe game, trying to break out of the leggings every day routine.😆 It’s been fun to explore my style in my 30s, and when I dress up for date nights, I feel so confident!

This month was filled with amazing food, seeing SNOWdona for the first time, hiking, and pouring energy into our real estate business.

But what you don’t see are the countless hours I’ve spent rewiring my mindset. Work has been slower lately, and instead of resisting it, I’ve embraced the pause. It’s given me the space to cultivate peace, strengthen my belief in abundance, and reshape my subconscious thoughts, because the life I want starts with how I think.

If you are unsure where to start with shifting your mindset, start with focusing on gratitude.

And remember, everyday you wake up, you get to choose how you want to feel! Feeling bad is a choice.

Side by side pics of me two years apart.

My body comp was not ‘bad’ on the left. I just had more fat on my frame than I’d like so I focused on a slow body composition change.

I didn’t st@rve myself.

I focused on…

✅ following a progressive strength training plan
✅ eating high protein
✅ managing my calories and eating in a SMALL calorie deficit

I lost about 20 pounds over these two years (1-2 pounds per month).

The best part about this transformation was that it was completely sustainable.

Yes I focused on eating animal protein, Whole Foods, and minimally processed carbs but I was also able to fit things I enjoy into my macros to not feel deprived.

I did not take an ‘all or nothing’ approach.

There were weekends I completely feel off my numbers and I knew that was okay because that is life and you will never be perfect. The quicker you accept this, the closer you’ll get to your goals.

If you want to change your body composition (build muscle/lose fat) and get ‘toned’ for life, you have to accept that you need to change your daily habits for LIFE!

You have to focus on feeling better and prioritizing your health over doing some stupid fad diet that we all know won’t work long term.

I would say I spent the majority of the year working out, hiking, reading, getting sun in my bathing suit, and hanging out with the fam.

We also launched our first airbnb in Mesa (you can book in bio🥳) and bought a cabin that will be renovated this year and added to our Airbnb portfolio.

Happy Birthday to my better half 😘

You’re the one who keeps me grounded when life feels chaotic. You’re the calm, steady presence who always has a solution, no matter what comes our way. Your loyalty, care, and endless determination inspire me every single day.

This year is going to be a huge one for you, and I have no doubt you’re going to absolutely crush it. I’m so proud to stand by your side and cheer you on every step of the way. Here’s to celebrating you today and every day, you deserve it all.

My HEALTH journey started a few years back when I got fed up feeling like trash all the time.

Yes, I wanted to lose weight. But I also wanted to feel better. My health was at the forefront of my journey and that is why many people fail. They don’t actually value their health. They just want to lose weight.

The picture on the left was of me from a few years ago when I hit rock bottom. Not only had I gained 30+ pounds but I had insomnia, inflammation, I was lethargic, and fatigued ALL THE TIME.

I felt like trash because I was treating my body like trash. I drank more than ever, ate a lot of sugar, didn’t move as much, and was consuming gluten (I later found of I was allergic to it).

The picture on the right is me today. I’m confident in my body and I feel so f*cking good!

I have no insomnia, I am not fatigued or inflamed anymore, and I feel energized everyday.

My actions lead to this change. I stopped consuming so much sugar and alcohol and I started tracking my food again to make sure I was consuming the right amount of food for fat loss.

I focus on getting a lot of movement throughout the day, strength train 5-6x/week, eat high protein, and drink/eat sugar occasionally.

If you truly value your health and feeling confident in your own skin, you’ll make the necessary changes and be patient along the journey. There is no destination and if you want to maintain the results, you have to keep the habits you’ve created.
