Youth Wrestling Starts tomorrow at 6pm! We will be wrestling at Icicle River Middle School (10195 Titus Rd) in the commons due to the high school wrestling room not being finished yet. Hope to see everyone tomorrow!

Youth wrestling starts Jan 22nd. Walk up sign ups are at our High School wrestling match on Thursday January 17th from 4-6pm by the gym. You can also sign up on the first day of practice. $50 to wrestle. See flyer for more information.

If you have shoes that do not fit your child any longer, and if you would like to donate/exchange them please bring them to registration. I have several smaller pairs that I will bring and try to get kids fitted with shoes. If your child has adult size feet, I saw that on www.suplay.com they have wrestling shoes for $14.99!

We have been getting some questions about the 2014 Youth Wrestling season. We will be getting flyers out to the kids when they return from Christmas Break. We plan on having registration towards the middle of January. I will keep this page up to date with the specifics as we get closer.You can always reach us at: [email protected] as well.

This Thursday at 6:00 p.m. in the old gym at the high school, our youth wrestlers will be having a dual match with Cashmere! It will be under the light just like a high school match! We would love to have your support! There is no entry fee, we will just be accepting donations at the door. All money that our youth program earns goes towards all of our wrestling programs.

The high school is having a wrestling tournament this weekend 1/11/14 at CASCADE HIGH SCHOOL! They have 8 schools coming and are in need of volunteers. Anyone willing to help out on a table or be a bout runner, please let us know. All money raised from the tournament goes back into the wrestling program!

Youth Wrestling sign ups will be on January 23rd at the high school from 6-7:00 p.m. information will be sent home with your child later this week or the beginning of next week. Please check their backpacks for registration forms. :)

Our youth tournament is on March 9th and we need high schoolers and middle schoolers to help ref. Please contact me if you can help out. Rob Sorrenson has agreed to supervise and help with the refs! Thank you Sorrenson family!

Our 30 plus wrestlers will be representing Cascade as we head to Quincy for a tournament on Saturday! It starts at 10:00 a.m. if you are looking for some great entertainment!
