This series is designed to help you slow down, soften tension patterns, and reconnect with your body in a supportive and nourishing way. Each class pairs gentle somatic movements with longer-held yin poses to release tension in the fascial layer — the deep connective tissue that holds patterns your muscles can't let go of on their own. Every session closes with a generous restorative savasana to let everything integrate.
Especially supportive if you're feeling overstretched, tired, stressed, or simply in need of some quiet space to listen inward.
