New Personal Trainer Available at ATX Iron🚨

We’re adding a new coach to the team—Jason Dupree is now available for personal training. If you’re looking for structured programming he’s the guy!

About Jason Dupree
Jason brings over 12 years of experience as a fitness and nutrition coach, working with athletes, strength athletes (bodybuilding, powerlifting, calisthenics), and everyday lifters.

His approach is results-driven and analytical—focused on cutting out distractions and dialing in what actually moves the needle. Expect a coaching style that’s positive and encouraging, but pushes you to perform at your highest level.

Areas of Expertise

* Strength & Conditioning: Build muscle, increase strength, improve power and athletic performance
* Nutrition: Performance, fat loss, and muscle gain strategies
* Mobility: Improve flexibility and get stronger through full ranges of motion
* Injury Prevention & Management: Train intelligently, strengthen weak points, and recover properly

Certifications & Education

* BS in Kinesiology
* CSCS (Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist)
* PN1 (Certified Nutrition Coach)
* HYROX Performance Coach

Staffed hours reminder:

We are staffed Monday–Friday from 11 AM–7 PM and weekends from 11 AM–5 PM.

First-time guests always lift free, but only during staffed hours. Outside of those times, a day pass must be purchased and a waiver signed before using the gym.

Anyone entering after hours without a valid day pass will be charged to the account used to sign in.
