2 2/3 tbsps Peanut Butter (no Added Sugar Or Oil)
1/12 tsps Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 1/2 tsp Tamari (or Coconut Aminos)
1/2 Water
2/3 Coleslaw Mix
1/8 Cucumber (15 grams)
1/8 Red Bell Pepper (15 grams)
1/2 stalk Green Onion
4 ops Chicken Breast (boneless, Skinless)
Prep note: Dice the cucumber and red bell pepper. Slice the green onion.Cook chicken in air fryer, on grill or oven until internal temperature of 165 degrees is reached. When chicken is cooked remove and let cool. Dice chicken once cooled. While chicken cooks, in a large bowl, whisk together the peanut butter,
vinegar, oil, coconut aminos, and water. Add the remaining ingredients and stir until everything is coated in the dressing. Add diced chicken and stir once more. Place mixture in bowl and
enjoy!
