I have some news to share!
I just joined Moonshine Yoga and am consolidating all my classes to the studio. Their flagship location is at 251 S Bagdad Rd Suite 201, Cedar Park, TX 78613, and there’s a second one opening very soon in Liberty Hill.
I will no longer have classes at the Leander Activity Center.
Moonshine is a cozy studio with a variety of styles and all the teachers are wonderful - I am excited and honored to join their team. And best of all - they have an awesome $15 for 15 days unlimited classes intro offer! Come try out all the different things they have to offer!

My classes at Moonshine Cedar Park:
Wednesday 6-7pm Hatha Flow+Yin
(If you’ve been to my classes before - this is my teaching style you’re familiar with)
Sundays 9-10am Pre/Post-Natal
(Having practiced through both of my own pregnancies - I know the benefits of practice during this special phase of life firsthand)
Sundays 10.30-11.30 All-Levels Vinyasa
(This is a pretty active class but with lots of options as its intended for all levels of practitioners)
Once Liberty hill opens up I will have a bunch more so stay tuned!
