📌Something cool happened today.

The kids at Tiger’s Den started sweeping the front of the gym.

Nobody asked them.

They just wanted to take care of the place.

That’s what happens when kids feel proud of where they train.

Discipline.
Ownership.
Teamwork.

And yes… apparently sweeping is now part of the workout too. 🧹😆

Our kickboxing program at V12 is for women who are busy, tired of starting over, and just want to feel strong again.

No pressure.
No yelling.
Just training that fits real life.
