Hit a big milestone this today 💪
Worked up to 125s on incline dumbbell press and took it to controlled failure — got 6 clean reps and fought hard on that 7th. Those 125s are no joke.
What makes this one hit different… this is coming back from a low-grade pec tear 2 years ago. Huge step forward for me.
Gonna rest, recover, and come back next week chasing at least one more rep if progression keeps moving like this.
I’ll be ready.
