WE OFFER OUTDOOR STRENGTH CAMPS IN THE CLEAR LAKE AREA AND PRIVATE, PARTNER, AND SMALL GROUP TRAINING IN LEAGUE CITY, TEXAS. FITNESS PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:

DARK WOLF FITNESS OUTDOOR STRENGTH CAMP IS AN ALL INCLUSIVE 4 WEEK PROGRAM FOR MEMBERS OF ALL FITNESS LEVELS. THAT MEANS WE INCLUDE ENDURANCE, STRENGTH, POWER, AND PERFORMANCE EACH MONTH. OUR SYSTEMATIC PROGRAM DESIGN ALLOWS YOU TO ACHIEVE RESULTS WEEKLY AND MONTHLY. WE INCORPORATE DUMBBELLS, BATTLING ROPES, KETTLEBELLS, SANDBAGS, TRX, AND RESISTANCE BANDS AS NEEDED TO CHALLENGE YOU. WE WILL TEACH YOU HOW TO TRACK PROGRESS AND SHARE HOEMWORK ASSIGNMENTS. PRIVATE, PARTNER AND SMALL GROUP PROGRAMS ARE INDIVIDUALIZED TO MEET YOUR NEEDS AND GOALS. AN ASSESSMENT, MEASUREMENTS, AND HOMEWORK ASSIGNEMNTS ARE INCLUDED. WHAT TO EXPECT:
NO DOUBT, YOU ARE GOING TO HAVE FUN. OUR FITNESS PROGRAMS DELIVER RESULTS, ACCOUNTABILITY, AND A WELCOMING ATMOSPHERE WHERE YOU CAN FOCUS ON YOU EVEN IN OUR GROUP SETTING. ONCE YOU JOIN THE PACK, YOU’LL HAVE ACCESS TO OUR MEMBER’S ONLY PORTAL WHERE WE PROVIDE WEEKLY VIDEOS TO SET YOU UP FOR SUCCESS. WE WILL COVER NUTRITION STRATEGIES, RECIPES, MOTIVATION, RECOVERY, MINDSET, AND EXERCISE TECHNIQUES.
