If you already signed up an email has been sent out.

Each kid will go through an evaluation/tryout so that each coach can see every player. We want each team to be competitive and each kid will get drafted into a team.

Equipment needed:
Mouth guard, cleats. Uniform and flags will be provided

Key dates:

Evaluation/tryouts:
Wednesday, May 29th - Dickinson field TBD
2nd & 3rd graders 6:00 - 7:00pm
4th & 5th graders 7:00 - 8:00pm

Season will start July 11-12th and go for 8 weeks
Games will be on Thursdays or Fridays
End of season tournament
1st & 2nd place teams will get rings

Payment:

$85/player
Payment due by evaluations

Bombers Athletics Inc would like to introduce our Director of Bombers Football Azzie Beagnyam!!!! Welcome!!!

My name is Azzie Beagnyam, and I am thrilled to join this exciting new journey with all of you. Football has always been my greatest passion, and I feel privileged to guide the young men in our community as they discover and develop a love for this sport. Football has played a significant role in shaping me into the person I am today.

During my time at the University of Pittsburgh, I played as a defensive end. After college, I became a certified personal trainer and launched my own business providing in-home training sessions. Alongside my work, I pursued further education to become a Firefighter/Paramedic. I dedicated 5 years to serving as a firefighter in the City of Arlington, Texas. Upon returning to my hometown, I secured a position with the Pearland Fire Department.

Currently, I am honored to work within Dickinson ISD. I serve as a coach for the Special Olympics and as a teacher in the Career and Technology Department. In my teaching role, I cover subjects like Medical Terminology, Health Science Theory, and will be introducing EMT classes next school year.

I've been happily married to my wife, Ashlee, for 15 years, and we are blessed with three wonderful children: Lincoln (14), Boston (8), and Shai (7), all attending Dickinson ISD. As a father, I strive to instill in my children the importance of integrity and the significance of discovering their purpose in life.

My goal is to cultivate a positive learning environment where young athletes can grasp the basics of football and athletic skills. As a former athlete and personal trainer, I emphasize the value of hard work, preparation, and self-belief in shaping the next generation. I look forward to meeting each one of you and working together to empower these young athletes to "Win the Day!".

What does it mean to be a Bomber? It means you are not only playing to Win The Day, but serving a higher power by giving back to the community that supports you anyway you can. I gave the organization a long list and short time frame and they delivered. These donations will be going to 5 area nonprofits that fulfill needs from rehousing due to disaster, to housing medically fragile children and their families. I love these players, their families and the organization for all that we do.

One of the most amazing aspects of our organization is our goal of giving back. We have the opportunity this season to give back to not just 1 worthy cause but 6! Please take a look at the list of what we are hoping to collect and if you are able, contact a players family or send us a message and we will be happy to pickup your donations.

Update!!!!!

Great news. We received a lot of interest for flag football and decided to move forward with the season. That being said, we will be doing the season a little different.

To stay competive and have fun, we will be doing a draft for the season so that each team can be evenly matched. We will host a player evalutaion practice so that each coach can see every player. Each player is required to participate in the evaluation practice. If you cannot make it, get with us. The evalutaion process will be sometime in early June, location and time TBD.

We will have a 6-8 week season starting in Mid July through August, with an end of season tournament. Depending how many teams we put together, games will be on Thursday and/or Friday nights each week.

Registration is $85 per player for the season. If you already filled out the attached form, no need to fill it out again. We will send out an email on payment and other information needed for your child. If you haven’t registered, register now. Coaches needed!!!!
