2. Entry only through gate with assigned passcode.

Dry camping only, no water or electricity provided.
3. Pack it in pack it out, no dumpster on the premises
4. No off roading with 4 wheelers, please respect the land.
5. Please respect the presidents they are art and history.
6. Surveillance on the premises.
7. Payment in full at time of reservation.
8. Refunds in full if cancelation at least 24 hours before reservation.
9. Owners are not r

esponsible for injury, theft, damage to property or vehicles and whatever mother nature has to offer. She can be cruel.
10. Parking lot is available for cars trucks and trailers.
11. Reservation only No walk ins.
12. Please respect the land and all it offers. As owners we love the outdoors and outdoor activities and want to offer a great way for enthusiasts to enjoy the beautiful black hills.
