🧡 Little known fact about me...
Most people know me from my group fitness classes, coaching programs, or the aerial studio, but I also work with seniors one-on-one in their homes and assisted living facilities.
It's something I don't advertise often, but it's one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.
Every client is different. Some are looking to improve balance and confidence. Some want to maintain their independence. Others are transitioning after physical therapy and aren't quite ready to stop moving and exercising on their own.
That's where I can help.
I often serve as a bridge between physical therapy and independent exercise, coming 1–2 times per week to keep the progress going, build strength, improve mobility, and help clients continue doing the things they love.
Living with rheumatoid arthritis myself has given me a unique perspective. I understand that movement isn't always easy. I understand the frustration of a body that doesn't always cooperate. And I know how important it is to have someone in your corner who meets you where you are on any given day.
Whether we're working on balance, strength, mobility, or simply staying active, my goal is always the same: helping people move better, feel stronger, and maintain their independence for as long as possible.
Apparently this is my "best kept secret" because I keep hearing, "I didn't know you did that too!" 😊
If you have a parent, grandparent, or loved one who could use a little extra support with strength, balance, mobility, or staying active, I'd love to chat and see if I can help.
