I offer training online, in-home, and in the gym. Programs are all customized and include nutrition, weight training, and cardio plans.

Finger guns are the best way to describe how I feel about diet and exercise lately. 😩😩this was after a very dreaded stair climber sesh and it sucked so bad! 🏋🏻 WHY am i telling everyone this?? Reality of it is we all go through phases where this journey is easier then others. Whether it’s motivation, time, energy, or for me right now it’s my health. 👩🏽‍⚕️. Truth is.... sometimes we don’t have control over what life throws at us, but we do have control on how we handle it. You can give up or you can fight harder. 🏆hopefully we can all just keep fighting together because no one ever regretted trying. Use the WHY to keep you going 😘

this leg workout kicked my trash 😩🍑. As you can see my heart rate was as high as it is when I'm doing cardio! This is why I barely rarely do cardio on leg days. 🏋️‍♀️ it's literally killing ✌️birds with 👆stone 🤣. On a serious trainer note..... why does our heart rate get so high when lifting legs??? In English terms.... When we lift a muscle group our blood circulate and blood flow goes to that muscle group... legs are not only the largest muscle group requiring the most amount of blood but they are also the farthest away from our heart requiring our heart to pump blood extra fast to get to that muscle. This is another reason why leg day is so important when trying to stay lean. This is also the reason why the theory of PERIPHERAL HEART ACTION is so crucial in functional training 💪♥️ message me if you have any questions or want to learn more!

This turkey 🦃 meatloaf is the best recipe ever!!!
▪️1.5lb extra lean ground turkey
▪️1c onion chopped (optional)
▪️4 egg whites
▪️1c salsa
▪️1/2c dry oats
▪️knorrs vegetable soup mix
◽️mix all ingredients together. Spray loaf pan with olive oil cooking spray. Preheat oven to 350. Bake for 1 hour 👨‍🍳🍽🍴

Chipotle beef barbacoa recipe. If you aren't doing keto just leave toppings off and throw in whole wheat tortilla!
▪️3lb chuck roast (cut into chunks)
▪️1/2c beef broth
▪️2 medium chipotle chiles in adobe (including sauce)
▪️5 cloves minced garlic
▪️2 T Apple cider vinegar
▪️2 T lime juice
▪️1 T dried oregano
▪️2 tsp cumin
▪️2 tsp salt
▪️1 tsp pepper
▪️2 bay leaves
🔳Combine the broth, chipotle chiles in adobo sauce, garlic, apple cider vinegar, lime juice, dried oregano, cumin, sea salt, black pepper in a blender (everything except the beef and bay leaves). Puree until smooth. Place the beef chunks in the slow cooker. Pour the pureed mixture from the blender on top. Add the (whole) bay leaves. Cook on low for 12 hours

so proud of this girl! Teira Candia This was after only 3 months of training!!! It can be so discouraging trying to loose your baby weight after pregnancy but the key is having a coach who can give you the tools to create a new lifestyle so it can all be possible and you can feel good about yourself again. I feel like this word has come out of my mouth a lot lately. CONSISTENCY 🙄there isn't a quick fix, a perfect diet, a perfect workout. It's about figureing out WHY.... and then sticking it out even when you feel it's not working or it's too hard or not convenient. 🌞If you want anything in life you have to be consistent! 💖Love ya all happy Friday 🏋️‍♀️💪🌈⛈
