Five years in and still growing. Multiple world record holders, dozens of national record holders, and I can’t even count how many state records out of the gym. Starting this week, we will hold open powerlifting training sessions every week for anyone interested in coming in and working out with Lions Pride Barbell & Fitness. Sessions are from 5 PM to 7 PM on weekdays and Sundays from 12 PM until we finish. We will alternate the lifts being trained, and if you need specific help or spotters, just request it for that day.
