Today's client testimonial comes from Rhonda H. Rhonda, has been in coach strength class for 3 months now, and recently has been making big progress!
Rhonda, started with a wood pole, and dumbbells when she first started, but has recently graduated to a Barbell! Coach Brandon, taught Rhonda, proper form, and body mechanics before introducing the barbell, to lower the risk of injury, and now Rhonda is seeing the results, and benefits she came to us for. She also shared with us today she has lost 5 inches in her waist, and 9 pounds in the last month! Her squat is 135 pounds, bench 115 pounds, and deadlift 150 pounds! Not bad for being in her 60s!
Look back to when you started your current program, did your coach or coaches take the time to really analyze your abilities, movement patterns, and body mechanics? A great piece of feedback we get from every client (literally every client 😀) is that we educate, and have our clients moving and feeling better than they ever have.
We also have beginner/intermediate classes, and intermediate/advanced classes so we can dedicate time to those that need it the most.
