Hi! I’m Reagan McCleary, this is my first year at Sky!  I am so excited for this upcoming year! I hope each dancer feels confident and loved after my class!

I’ve been dancing my whole life! I trained at Creative Arts Academy and Icon Dance Project growing up, and I’m also a Farmington High Dance Company alumna.
My favorite style of dance is jazz!

I also have worked in retail for 2.5 years!
In addition, I have a love for retail therapy lol!

In my free time I love listening to music and going to concerts, I love being a fan girl! My favorite show is Dancing With The Stars! One of my favorite dance memories was getting to spend a weekend learning from Derek Hough. It was an unforgettable experience!

I am so excited to watch my dancers learn and grow this season!!!

Refine and Align

Hi! I’m Cyndi ☀️ As the Founder & Director of Refine & Align, my mission is to help dancers build strength, resilience, and longevity in their craft. Refine & Align is designed to bridge the gap between dance and fitness, focusing on technique-specific strength, conditioning, injury prevention, and education to support dancers in performing at their highest level, both physically and mentally. Strength, endurance, mobility, and injury prevention work outside the studio enhance power, stability, and control, allowing dancers to execute movement with greater precision, reduce fatigue, and support long-term performance health. My goal is to provide the missing piece that helps dancers move smarter, train stronger, and perform longer.

With a background as a former dancer trained in multiple genres, I spent several years teaching and coaching dance before expanding my focus to fitness and wellness. Today, I work with several dance studios throughout Davis County, providing strength and conditioning programs, workshops, private training sessions, and technique-focused cross training for dancers of all levels. I also serve as a judge for local dance competitions across Utah, which gives me additional insight into the technical, performance, and athletic demands dancers face in today’s competitive environment.

I am a Certified Health Coach and hold certifications in barre, Pilates, Heroboard, and Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT). My expertise includes group and one-on-one fitness programming, as well as over a decade of weightlifting education and professional experience, which has shaped my approach to developing strong, balanced, and resilient athletes.

I LOVE my Sky family and feel so lucky to be part of this team with such amazing staff and dancers.

Hi! I’m Londyn, and I’ve been dancing since I was 3 years old. I’m currently going into my third year on the Davis High Drill Team, and I love sharing my passion for dance by teaching at Sky. My favorite part of teaching is watching my dancers grow, improve their skills, and become proud of themselves. I hope to inspire every dancer to work hard, have fun, and gain confidence both in and out of the studio!
