THIS IS FOR ALL DIVISIONS!

Team numbers are looking GREAT! We’ve already surpassed last Fall Season! THANK YOU, Lawton and our surrounding towns/cities! 👏

But now we need those ROSTERS ASAP!

With LATE FEE registration now in effect, any players from pre-registered programs who still need to be added may have to be manually entered ONE. BY. ONE.

The faster rosters are turned in, the faster we know which teams are officially complete and that means ACCURATE SCHEDULES! 📅

We already have schedule mockups, but they’re being updated DAILY because of incomplete or inaccurate rosters. We don’t want coaches and parents dealing with constant date/time changes because team information wasn’t finalized.

I’ve reached out to everyone with incomplete rosters calls, voicemails, texts…

Everyone has been working to get those last minute girls registered and adding the final pieces here and there.

But as of our latest update…

GIRL POWER HAS ENTERED THE BUILDING! 💪🔥💅🏼

A HUGE thank you to every coach and parent who helped make these divisions happen for our female athletes and gave these girls the opportunity to showcase their talents IN THEIR OWN DIVISIONS!

🥎 12U SOFTBALL UPDATE

Unfortunately, 12U Softball did not make this Fall Season.

Parents will have two options:

1️⃣ Receive a refund
OR
2️⃣ Transfer your credit to an available 12U Volleyball/Flag Football program that is still accepting players

Please reach out to me or Taylor (preferably Taylor 😄) and let us know which option you’d prefer.

🚨 LIVE UPDATES! 🚨

Things are moving FAST for our Girls-Only Divisions! 👀🔥

🥎 6U GIRLS T-BALL

We currently have:

• Frederick
• Fletcher
• Cache - Just got off the phone with a coach who is working on putting a team together and is pretty confident they can make it happen!

‼️ WE JUST NEED ONE MORE TEAM! ‼️

That’s it. ONE MORE TEAM and we can make this Girls-Only T-Ball division happen!

We have commitments from:

• Elevate
• Lady Lightning McQUEENS
• Lady Lions
• HYPE

We still need those official rosters and registrations completed, but all four coaches have confirmed they have the girls! 🙌

ALL-GIRLS FALL SPORTS UPDATE! 🥎🏈

Alright everyone, here’s a personal update on where we currently stand with our GIRLS-ONLY T-Ball & Flag Football divisions!

We’ve gotten a LOT of traction, attention, messages, and interest from parents, coaches, and programs, which is awesome!

However, interest and actual registrations are two different things. Here’s what we officially have on paper right now:

🥎 6U GIRLS ONLY T-BALL

We currently have:
• 2 FULL teams committed
• Possibly a 3rd team in the works

We will only form the Girls Only division if we reach a minimum of 4 teams.

I have a lot of hope for this one, and I truly think you all can pull it off! We’re close to giving these girls their OWN Fall T-Ball season, just like they deserve!

🏈 GIRLS ONLY FLAG FOOTBALL WE NEED YOU!

This is where we urgently need more registrations and commitments!

10U Division
• 1 girls team registered
• 0 players currently rostered
• 0 female free agents registered

12U Division
• 3 girls teams registered
• Possibly a 4th - waiting to hear back from a Duncan coach
• Only 2 girls currently rostered across those teams

JV & Varsity
• 1 team registered
• 0 players currently rostered

⚠️ WHY REGISTRATION MATTERS

One of the biggest questions we receive is:

“What days will this division play?”

We completely understand why everyone wants that information before committing. The problem is, we need accurate team and player registration numbers before we can determine game days and build schedules.

The more coaches, teams, and individual players who get registered, the sooner we can see exactly what we have and give everyone those answers!

Long time no talk... 😅

Anyways, we've had some feedback about an...

ALL GIRLS 6U T-BALL?! 👀🥎

We've been hearing more and more interest in an all-girls T-Ball division. We know a few smaller towns have had hosted it, but heard they'd like bigger, more organized, and more exciting league right here in Southwest Lawton, Oklahoma!

Before we finalize schedules and begin placing free agents, we need to know if the interest is there.

If you're interested:

Registering your daughter
Coaching a team
Bringing an existing team
Individuals - REGISTER your daughter under free agency in t-ball

Please let us know by the END OF THIS WEEK.

If we don't have enough numbers, we'll keep the division coed. But if the interest is there... Let us know. Due to timing, preferably we need coaches to bring their 'teams' as whole asap to start the division.

So help us spread the word! Tag every coach, parent, and youth sports leader you know from:

Games are still ON. Some venues and game times have been adjusted, so please review your DaySmart account as soon as possible for the latest updates.

Be sure to notify all parents, players, and spectators within your program to ensure everyone arrives at the correct location and time.

‼️🚩 Don't Freak Out 😅

Our team is currently making live schedule adjustments. You may see these changes in real time, as they are being made directly on the DaySmart admin side. 📑

Please ignore your schedules for now, especially any games showing start times after 9:00 PM. Those times are temporary placeholders while we continue adjusting schedules based on facility availability.

An email has been sent to all coaches and coordinators across every program and sport regarding these updates. Please share this information with anyone or any program that may have mutual concerns.

We apologize for any confusion this may have caused and truly appreciate your patience.

All scheduled games for tonight and tomorrow are canceled due to unsafe road conditions and LPS facility closures caused by the weather.
We appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding during this time.
Our team is actively working through rescheduling all impacted games, carefully coordinating around other rescheduled sports and school events. Updated schedules will be shared as soon as they are finalized.

Additional Notice:
Any time Play Lawton is hosting indoor sports at LPS facilities, if those facilities are closed, all scheduled events will be automatically canceled.

This includes Lil Ballers, Lil Bumpers, and any other indoor sports or activities scheduled at LPS locations.

The final 10U Boys Basketball schedule has officially been posted. All schedules for Play Lawton leagues will be submitted to 🏫LPS for final approval to confirm facility usage dates and availability.

Futsal Program – Important Clarification

For all futsal-related questions or concerns, including team placement, rosters, coaching assignments, and officiating matters. Please note that these areas are being coordinated directly by Lawton Soccer Club (LSC).

Examples include (but are not limited to):

Your child has not yet been placed on a team

You have not received communication regarding practices or game schedules
