I am so very sorry I have had to close due to Covid. Hopefully it's not permanent but I will keep you updated as the time goes on I will be close for the summer though

Ladies I know that we've had some snow days and I hope that it's over and we can get back to working out as normal get ready for bands next week and I hope to see you at 10:30 classes if you can't make that then let me know and we will set up another time thank you and hope to see you soon like tomorrow

I have been notified by Blue Cross Blue shield that the teachers that have Medicare and Blue Cross Blue shield as their supplemental insurance now have silver sneakers which means that you are eligible to come to my gym and there is no charge to you your insurance covers the membership cost if you are interested or want more information you contact Jan at 269-716-2995 thank you and hope to hear from you soon
