Rhoda has made incredible progress since she started, and her journey is truly inspiring! She brings such a positive attitude to every workout and is always encouraging the people around her. ❤️ 
 
Denise is the definition of consistency! She shows up at 5AM ready to work, puts in major effort day after day, and is always so much fun to have in class! 💪
