Smithville Apex Fitness members. The gym will be closed this Thursday from 8pm -2am. This is a mandatory power outage that I believe will affect all of us on the south side of town, commercial and residential both! I will have the doors locked between those hours. Good morning everyone!! Couple of big things.

1. Our 90-day body transformation challenge is over! You will need to go to Supplement Superstore no later than Sunday to get your body scans done! I will not accept them any later than Sunday! $500 prize to the male and female winners!!

2. Our monthly GAS AND GROCERY GIVEAWAY contest was drawn this morning and SAMUEL TONI is our winner. Sam, I will text you to get together on your gift card!

3. On Memorial Day, we are doing the Murph challenge at both gyms! 1 mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 air squats, and a mile run to finish it! Both gyms are doing it and we are both starting at 8am. Doors will be open for anyone and everyone at 7am and will run through 12pm for anyone wanting to do it!
