Incontinent Racing

Incontinent Racing Team Incontinent was originally comprised of Ken Andrew and Paul Dornburg. A humorous incident at an autocross gave the team its name. RIP Ken, I miss you.

Solo's Premier Incontinent autocross team. Formed in 2000 (give or take some years) on a cool, rainy day at an autocross at the Lawrenceville-Vincennes International Airport. Nature called too quickly to make a toilet run so, using the Targa top from the car as a shield and kneeling in a wet area of concrete, my bladder was relieved. My co-driver at the time, Ken Andrew, almost fell down laughing and used the word incontinent in his description of the incident and it became "Incontinent Racing".

Time for an update. I am the 2023 Southern Indiana Region Autocross Champion. It is my 6th in a row and 12th since I started autocrossing in 1997. I bought the car you see below, a 2018 Porsche Cayman GTS because I needed a better weapon to beat the "kids" and it has proven to be the right thing to do. Time to finish the season with fun things.

Here's my in-car video from SIR Autocross #6. It was the fastest run of the day and quickest PAX time of the day.

Update: I'm leading in 2023 autocross points with 2 point events to go.

This picture is from 5 years ago on Sunday, March 12th, 2018, when my Porsche 718 Cayman GTS got her first test just a few weeks after I picked her up from the dealership.
Now we start on our quest for our 5th consecutive club autocross championship.
