Almost to 500 lbs! Weight loss is simple, but not easy! The concept is simple to understand, but very hard to implement, particularly depending on how bad your habits are already. No one is eating chicken broccoli and rice every day either. We eat to live, not the other way around, but there are lots of setbacks, vacations, parties etc. On this list of success.

Life change is hard work. This picture alone contains....

- someone who lost 45 lbs gain it back and lost again so 2x
- one who lost 70 lbs 2x and has now kept it off for 5 years
- one who lost 60 lbs gained it back and then lost 113 lbs
- one who lost 30 lbs and has kept it off for over 10 years.
- another who lost 40 lbs and has kept most of it off most of the time.
- one who's lost 54 lbs since January after not losing any weight for the first 3 months of trying.

These stories cover anywhere from just under a year to 13 years. You could write a book on each individual story and the work, sacrifice, and setbacks associated with each individual. Our last weight loss group post contain many more similar stories, and this is a small fraction of the people we've seen and helped since 2010.

The moral of the story is that life is hard! Working out is hard, eating right is hard and being in a room with for an hour........IS HARD.

But constant doctor visits are hard, taking medication every day and suffering sedentary related disease is hard. It's going to be hard either way.

So the next time you think a juice cleanses or b12 shot is the answer to your decades of self neglect, think again. Your body is far to complicated for quick fixes to be the answer. You have to put in the work, and sometimes you have to start over......but beyond everything is that you......
