💎 A Coach’s Heart is Full 💎
Today, one of my athletes shared her scholarship essay with me, and I honestly sat there with tears in my eyes.
As coaches, we spend so much time worrying about practices, routines, competitions, finances, and making sure we’re giving our athletes our best. Sometimes we wonder if we’re really making a difference.
Reading her words reminded me why I started Cheertastic Co. in the first place.
To know that a young woman watched me build this program from the ground up, saw the struggles, saw the sacrifices, and still found inspiration in my journey means more than any trophy or title ever could.
What touched me most was realizing that she wasn’t just learning cheerleading she was learning resilience, leadership, faith, discipline, and how to chase her own dreams.
This is why I do what I do.
To every athlete who has ever walked through our doors, thank you for allowing me to be a small part of your journey. And to this athlete, thank you for reminding me that the impact we have on others is the true measure of success.
