A bittersweet moment.

Tonight was the end of my portion of Exercise in the Park.
I will also be taking a hiatus from POUND for a bit to get my health back on track.

I cannot express how grateful I am to all of you for always Rocking Out with me, your patience with my mini memory lapses🤪 and for becoming a part of my life!

Hey All.
There will still be Exercise in the Park tomorrow night; however, it will not be POUND.😔
I have decided it was best to take this week off after suffering a pretty bad Seizure this weekend.

I know, this is how I feel too.😭

I was REALLY hoping to begin classes back the first of August and then the mandate to wear masks came😞 and it seems like the numbers have skyrocketed🤷‍♀️

Here is my concern IF we were start classes back inside:

Pound Person A is asymptomatic, comes to class and they heavy breathe (we know it happens😜) next to Pound Person B and THAT person gets ill. I get the message from Pound Person A or B that they tested positive. It would devastated me that 1. Someone who was healthy is now ill. and 2 This has potentially put everyone in the room at risk of either becoming ill or having to miss work, put their family at risk of becoming sick, etc.

I miss you all TERRIBLY, please don't give up on me or POUND.

Okay....so after my little moment last night, my friend Cindy Googled it and said it is extremely dangerous. So, although it is refreshing for that cool liquid to go down our throat holes, when we are hot and sweaty, let's go with room temp water!
