The Lion Karate Dojo USA Goju-ryu Karate:
Tues & Thur: 3:30 - 4 pm: 3-5 yr olds,
4:15 - 5 pm: 6-9 yr old,
5 pm - 6 pm : 10-12 yr olds,
6:30 - 8 pm : 13 yr olds and Up.

M & F - Tai Chi 5 pm and
Aerobic Kickboxing 6 pm - Adults

Come for one FREE class! Owner/Teacher, 9th Degree Black Belt -
Sensei - Mr. Alexis Morales; along with other Black Belt instructors: Gene Totsch, Sam Williams, Carlie Orick, Susan Curt, and many other upper belt instructors. Karate Classes - Tuesday and Thursdays
3:30 - 4:00 is 3 - 5 year olds,
4:15 -5:00 is 6 - 9 year olds,
5:00 - 6

:00 is 10 - 12 year olds,
6:30 - 8:00 is 13 and Up (Seniors Included)
It's never too late to get back into shape. Prices vary depending on the Age Level class you enter.

be at Sacred Heart in town off Berger Street about 11-11:30 to find Sensei to put on a demo . we never know where we do it. usually out back under the trees where the carnival games are . Wear your Dojo Tshirt, belt and gi pants. Bring extra clothes to come stay and play games and eat .

Anyone can participate

The Lion Karate Dojo usually puts on a demonstration at the annual Sacred Heart Festival on Berger Street, on Sept 6th. SUNDAY, 2026.

Any Student may a participate. We do ask that you wear your gi pants, Dojo tshirt and belt . Bring clothes to enjoy the day with carnival games, small kid rides, live auction, and food. It’s a great time to show off your skills.

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Phillip Mayberry, one of our brown belt students.

He shared my birthday, a connection that always held special meaning. His infectious laugh brightened the dojo and drew people together. Through his presence he helped foster the friendships and bonds of camaraderie that define our dojo family. Many of us learned from his example—lessons that reached far beyond technique.

His memory will remain with us on the mats and in the spirit of our dojo family. We mourn our loss, yet with the courage of the warrior’s heart we carry forward the lessons he imparted on this path.

Until we meet again on the path. OSS!
