2 Out Storm 10U is still looking for athletes who are ready to compete, work hard, and become part of something bigger than themselves.

We believe every athlete deserves a fair opportunity to earn her spot. That's why our tryout process is built on transparency, objective evaluations, and consistent standards. Every player is evaluated the same way, giving every family confidence in the process.

TRANSPARENCY MATTERS.

Choosing a travel softball team is about more than a logo or a uniform. It’s about trusting a group of coaches with your daughter’s development, confidence, and love for the game.

At 2 Out Storm, we believe every family deserves to know exactly what they’re walking into.

Before tryouts begin, we’ll clearly explain:

✅ Our vision for this team
✅ Approximately how many players we’re looking to add to the roster
✅ Exactly what the tryout will consist of
✅ How every athlete will be evaluated
✅ What qualities we’re looking for both on and off the field

Our evaluations won’t be based on rumors, reputation, or who knows who.

Each athlete will be evaluated using the same objective drills, the same scoring system, and the same standards. Our goal is to give every girl a fair opportunity to show what she can do.

Not every decision will be easy, and not every family will agree with every outcome. But every family will know the process was honest, consistent, and transparent.

We believe that’s how trust is built.
