Happy Friday Everyone! I am contemplating starting a new class on Thursdays. It's going to be a little different then my previous ones...shorter and a mix of cardio, strength and stretching...yes we will still add some dancing but it wont consist of a full class of it. While taking a break from teaching, I've been studying various workouts and developed my own concept which cuts down on the amount of time you exercise while still reaping enormous benefits. I know it works because I've been doing it! If you are interested in joining this class, please let me know. If not, no worries or pressure. Just wanting some feedback! Much love!
