You simply pick up something awkward and heavy... and carry it.
And that's exactly why it's so effective.

Most people think of exercise as a way to build muscle, lose weight, or improve cardiovascular health.

But one of the most important benefits is often overlooked:
🦴 Building and maintaining bone density.

As we age, our bones naturally lose density.
For women especially, the risk of osteopenia and osteoporosis increases significantly after menopause.

The good news is bones respond to stress just like muscles do.

That's why impact activities and resistance training are so important.

Jose has really changed his lifestyle since joining Mass Strength & Conditioning.

Not only is he focusing on strength training 3x a week -
instead of driving, he's run / walking to the gym
he's swapped out fast food for whole food
he's playing rec basketball better than ever with his friends.

It didn't happen all at once, but when things click - 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗸.
