🚨 Important Announcement 🚨

I’ll be at a new Gym next month

Starting September 3rd, I’ll be personal training in a new building at Clinton Parkway & Kasold in Lawrence. While I’m thrilled about this new beginning, I can’t help but feel sentimental about Kondition Haus. I started there as a 20-year-old with little idea of where I’d end up. I’ll always cherish the moment I saw my name on the door and felt like a legitimate trainer.

The past 6 years have flown by in the most enjoyable way, filled with unforgettable moments, clips, pictures, and personal records.

To everyone who has been part of this journey, thank you. I’m looking forward to what’s next and can’t wait to see you starting in September! 💪🏼

When I graduated from college my final project was about how physical activity and self care was more effective than antidepressants. The research project was a passion project of mine because I have had so many friends and family with chronic depression. If you are dealing with or know someone with depression try to be that light in their lives.

This is Men’s Mental Health Month, and It’s something that i don’t think gets talked about enough.

Men often face silent battles with chronic depression and are at a higher risk of su***de.

True strength lies in acknowledging these struggles and taking proactive steps to overcome them. We can fortify our minds through Physical activity, cultivating meaningful connections, and practicing mindfulness.

Over the past 6 years, I’ve had the privilege of training over 75 incredible individuals. Each journey has taught me invaluable lessons that I carry with me every day.

1️⃣ Everyone has unique wisdom: Listening to my clients has shown me that everyone has knowledge I don’t possess. Embracing their insights has provided wisdom that shapes my approach to fitness and life.

2️⃣ Meet people where they are: Every fitness journey is unique. It’s crucial to meet my clients where they’re at and customize their training to match their starting point. Progress is personal, and everyone starts at a different place.

3️⃣ Everything is connected: Physical, mental, and emotional health are all intertwined. True wellness comes from setting goals in each aspect of health, fostering a balanced and holistic approach to fitness.

I’ll sometimes have a client that will show up to a session without any food in their system, dehydrated, and immobile from sitting all day.
