We’re thrilled to welcome Léah, a French-American aerialist with 7+ years of experience in the air! She first fell in love with aerial silks before discovering aerial rope—and she’s been hooked on both ever since. 🩷

Léah believes that strong foundations, solid technique, and building strength are the keys to unlocking all those amazing tricks in the air. Her classes will combine focused skill-building with plenty of time to play, explore, and have fun—always with safety at the forefront.

Jess brings a thoughtful, empowering approach to movement that’s perfect for anyone curious about starting their pole journey—or reconnecting with their body in a new way. Her classes focus on building strong foundations, developing confidence, and creating a supportive space where every student can grow at their own pace.

“I came to pole with no dance experience, and that journey completely transformed how I see my body and what I believed it was capable of.

My approach is rooted in foundational movement that promotes longevity, builds a strong body-mind connection, and meets students wherever they are: from complete beginners to advanced dancers. I’m Liquid Motion certified with a background in athletic training and sports, which shapes how I think about movement, safety, and sustainable progress.

I believe there is no one-size-fits-all in pole, and that’s exactly what makes it beautiful. My goal is to create a space where you feel both challenged and supported, one where you bring your own strength, your own body, and your own story to every movement.

“I started my pole journey to build upper body strength—but it quickly turned into a full-on love affair with strength and conditioning, especially when it comes to pole and staying strong for the long run! I love creating dynamic static combos (usually 7+ moves!) that challenge stamina and keep things exciting. And if there’s an opportunity to sneak in a pole-assisted handstand…you know I’m taking it!

One of my favorite parts of teaching is finding creative modifications and alternate options so everyone in class can feel successful and empowered, no matter where they’re starting from. I feel so lucky to teach both in person once a month and online—it’s the best of both worlds!

I also genuinely love the variety of classes our studio offers—there truly is something for everyone. And I always encourage my students to explore classes with different instructors—it’s such a great way to grow, learn new styles, and become a more well-rounded poler.”

This weekend our staff welcomed back (for the 3rd time!) who trained and certified our staff in CPR. Ben has been an amazing partner over the years supporting the NSPF team so they can best support our studio community. 💜
