(A bit more than) a year ago today. CredoFit was dreamt up and made a reality. All it took was some paperwork, some paint, another rig, and lots of sweating and working.
CredoFit turns one today! It's been incredible and I feel so fortunate and lucky to be able to get people fit and healthy my way. Thank you to everyone who made it happen, most importantly my wife Katherine!! I can't wait to see what the future brings!
