Cornerstone Health & Wellness Personal Trainer Education System Cornerstone 3D Training Club, is a daily workout club.

We follow a progressive monthly plan that is geared towards 3Dimensional Strength and movement. 3Dimensional Strength and Movement is first developing foundation and teaching the body how to love well within its own space. Once this is established we then learn how to move weight and other variables within that space and improve conditioning as well. This creates a well balanced person who can now take on more challenges as well as live a more fulfilled and active lifestyle.

Grip Strength/Shoulder Stability exercise

Great addition to you upper body workouts. Adding stability is a great way to improve your strength, as a stable muscle will improve you ability to control heavier weights.

From my experience and going through various injuries early in my career, any time I added stability exercise into my program, I recovered and experienced less pain and subsequent injuries. I believe these kinds of exercises are overlooked and can improve your life too. Living with minimal aches and pains sounds good to me πŸ‘πŸΌπŸ‘πŸΌ

I love doing this as my career, it's a joy to spend hours researching the various topics I face as a Strength and Wellness Coach. I put my best effort into all my training, because it was what I was born to do.

Being in business over the years and coaching hundreds of people to live a healthier lifestyle, I always loved that I was able to be creative. Taking concepts that I learned in school and various certifications and molding them into my own style of coaching/training. This Rope Challenge was always one of my favorites. The Speed Rope Challenge is great test of High Intensity Endurance, Recovery time as well as upper body Speed.

Here is how it lays out

Beginners: 5-10 sets of 10 reps with a 30 second rest between sets.

Intermediate: 5-10 sets of 15-20 reps with a 30 second test between sets.

Advanced 5-10 sets of 20-30 reps with a 30 second test between sets.

Once you have reached advanced level and can complete 10 sets at 30 reps. I Challenge you to start playing with the rest time, reducing it improving recovery time. Time yourself each time and see if the times change, keep notes and try to improve on your time.

Our limitations are determined by how we feel about our ability to overcome. Putting God into all we do helps us in the ability to overcome and to use our passions and uniqueness to honor our creator and savior. I believe in every single person on this planet, has the ability to do anything they set there mind to. The goal isn't to be the greatest among men but the greatest version of yourself something only a relationship with God can work in us. Exercise is simply a tool help us visuals those achievements. The real battle is won in the heart! Balance of spirit/mind/body is key.

Tonight's class is at 6 pm, it's going to be awesome!!

We are going to focus on Pulling exercises in combination with some 3D basics to help with mobility and then finishing up with hip and shoulder flexibility

This exercise always burns up my legs, but I know the burn is good because it helps me get stronger.
Sometimes sitting in the lords presence despite the pain you may feel will lead you to the answer you are looking for. Ephesians 3:20 "Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us"
