Grip Strength/Shoulder Stability exercise
Great addition to you upper body workouts. Adding stability is a great way to improve your strength, as a stable muscle will improve you ability to control heavier weights.
From my experience and going through various injuries early in my career, any time I added stability exercise into my program, I recovered and experienced less pain and subsequent injuries. I believe these kinds of exercises are overlooked and can improve your life too. Living with minimal aches and pains sounds good to me ππΌππΌ
I love doing this as my career, it's a joy to spend hours researching the various topics I face as a Strength and Wellness Coach. I put my best effort into all my training, because it was what I was born to do.
