CTA Lawrence is proud to announce their support/sponsorship of the Free State Wrestling club! Yearly we try to find a local cause to donate a large portion of our profits to! Last year we were able to donate over $5000 to the Lawrence Humane society and while this year we haven’t been able to match that with new donations due to gym expansions we hope this is just the beginning of our support for local sports!

Tonight!!! With many coaches unable to make it in to kids class There will be NO KIDS CLASS AT 530!! We do have wrestling as scheduled with Bryce tonight at 630- and as you can tell I’m having some fun with the new design software we got lol- prepare yourself! For some good ones!

Stripes a a pretty BFD to me. Especially in the beginning. They are always earned and never given. Our testing process is rigorous. Mentally and physically. We are teaching people not only to think but also to be strong-super proud of these 3 and of .kreglo for making the extra investment in the women even when it’s inconvenient. At our gym it not about “me” it’s about “we”. Onward and upward.

We had a few undefeated competitors but we are even more grateful and proud of the people that lost and came back to answer the bell to win again.
As a team we were able to take second overall as a team for no gi and third overall 3rd for the gi.
So many individual triumph that weren’t possible without the effort of the team in its entirety- hell of a way for the team to close out the year.
