Westside Fitness 24 Trainer and teacher, Buffy Gordon has been teaching group fitness since the late 80’s. He has trained several state and national record holders.

The owners of Westside Fitness 24 have been involved in fitness, strength training, strongman training, powerlifting training, nutrition, and group fitness classes for a combined

experience of over 75 years. She is the designer of the very popular Functional Strength and Conditioning Class as well as Cycling Class. Greg Gordon has been a powerlifting and strongman coach for over 30 years.
