This Saturday our Reserves open their season at Home against Dromore Amateurs Reserves.

David Cassells’ men will be hoping to start their season strong after a number of good performances in pre season.

The Vale are back after a two week lay off with cup action this Saturday afternoon.

We travel to Pepperton Park to take on Bourneview Mill in the First Round of the Bob Radcliffe Cup after advancing through the preliminary round against Portadown BBOB last time out.

With no fixture this weekend we look back to last Saturday as former player and now club member, Nathan Stewart tied the knot with his beautiful partner, Rachel.

Reserves play their final pre season friendly tonight at Sidney Wright Park vs Richhill U23s with a 6:45 kick off.

𝑻𝑯𝑬 𝑵𝑬𝑿𝑻 𝑻𝑯𝑹𝑬𝑬 𝑭𝑶𝑹 𝑻𝑯𝑬 𝑽𝑨𝑳𝑬

With a break from competitive competition for the next two Saturdays we look forward to our next three games, in three different cup competitions.

First up in September, we travel to Pepperton Park to take on Bourneview Mill in the Round of 32 in the Bob Radcliffe Cup.

Following up, we head back into Portadown to the Brownstown Park Arena for an Irish Cup Second Round clash against Hanover.

Finally returning back to Sidney Wright Park to come up against Windmill Stars in the First Round of the Premier Cup. ⚫️⚪️

The Vale advance to Round One of the Bob Radcliffe Cup after getting through a tough ask in Portadown BBOB.

Laurelvale’s goals came courtesy of a brace from Callum Ferris with Joseph Stevenson, Jakhongir Makhmurbekov and Jamie Ingram picking up one each.

Defeat for The Vale at Sidney Wright Park coming out on the wrong end of a 2-1 scoreline.

Two sloppy goals from long throws saw The Vale trail 2-0 before grabbing a consolation late on through Callum Ferris.
