Tomorrow’s Starting Sides!!!

21 Silverbacks rostered but with 6 former Mountaineers! 🪓

Mount St. Mary’s will be streaming the D1 match and we will be streaming the D3 match. Both stream links will be posted to our story prior to kickoff.

MATCH WEEK!!!

Rocky Gorge is set for this Saturday with 2 friendlies on the road. The boys were disappointed about not being able to have a match this past weekend, but that just gives us time to work out the kinks before we get rolling with our matrix schedule. Saturday should be a beautiful day for some rugby, so make to come out and cheer us on!

The lads have 2 heavy hitters this Saturday! D1 travels to Emmitsburg to face a great collegiate program in Mount Rugby and D3 marches up to Philly to face a strong side in Northeast Philadelphia Rugby!

Need something to do before the greatest rivalry comes to America? Come join Rocky Gorge in lot BC before the match for an off the walls tailgate!!!

We are starting the tailgate once the lots open at 12:30 PM. We will have music and plenty of games, but will be limited on food and beverage. We are highly encouraging that you bring a dish and your own beverage. Waters are encouraged to account for an expected hot and humid Maryland September day.

Shout out to these gentlemen who squared off in unfamiliar territory this weekend.

Adam Wiley, Lic Desroches, Donte Speight, Brandon Drummond, and Roman Johnsonbaugh all competed with Beltway Elite 7s Team in Wisconsin for 7s Nationals. They placed 6th best in the nation with their respective squad!

James Nutland, Preston Jones, James Park, and JT Hammond competed with Alexandria Mayors’ Cup 2026-2027 over in Scotland. Their team unfortunately lost but their 4 presences were definitely felt!
