Whether you’re looking for a low-impact workout, a great cardio session, or a chance to improve balance and flexibility, there’s something for everyone!

🇺🇸 Memorial Day 🇺🇸

In observance of Memorial Day, the Wellness Center will be closed on Monday, May 25.

We honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice while serving our country.

We will resume normal operating hours on Tuesday, May 26.

Please note that the pool and hot tub will close at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, May 22, for routine cleaning and maintenance.

💙April is Parkinson’s Awareness Month💙

Today, we celebrated our members fighting with this disease!

Parkinson’s disease affects more than 1.1 million people in the U.S., impacting movement, balance, and daily life; but it does not define those who live with it. This month is about raising awareness, supporting research, and standing alongside individuals and families navigating this journey!

The Wellness Center is here to help you or a loved one who is affected by this disease. Our Parkinson’s exercise class meets Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 11 am.

All South Central Clinics, the Wellness Center and Sports Performance and Rehab will open at 8:00 a.m. tomorrow, Monday, Jan. 26.

All other SCRMC areas and departments will continue operations as normal.

Due to inclement weather the Wellness Center and Cardiac Rehab will have a delayed start tomorrow, 1/26/26. Doors will open at 8:00am. Stay warm and drive safely!
