📈 Stages Of Change : Shoulder + Spine Mobility

🤹‍♂️ When trying to improve your mobility, it can feel like a juggling act sometimes. Which is why it’s always important to get an FRA (assessment) first, so we can identify the proper steps to take.

🔑 From 2023 to 2024 she had shoulder injuries to both shoulders, so improving her mobility + stability was key. During this time we were able to decrease those pain receptors, while improving several noticeable changes as well.

🥇At the end of 2024 we switched gears, and started improving her spinal flexion and rotation. This picture was taken 20 minutes ago.

🧩 Find a coach that understands these methods and that cares enough to help you put the pieces back together.

⏳Mobility takes time, but we all have a choice to make and sometimes the best progression is REGRESSION!

As summer approaches, it’s time to give our little ladies an opportunity to grow as an athlete.

Other programs advertise to “Train Like the Pro’s”, except they’re 10-12 year olds, they CAN’T train like pros.

They need to “Learn To Train” and follow the stages of growth, allowing their bodies to adapt, but function properly and maintain their overall health.

This class is designed to help young athletes develop proper training habits and technique.

Nothing is sport specific. I believe developing athletes at a young age should have a broad range of movement capacity and ability.

What is Mobility Training?

Mobility training in a few words, is strength training for your JOINTS! 🎉

It gives you the ability to create new space, and then the ability to actively control it.

If you have ever struggled with , , , , , , pain and/or stiffness, then Mobility Training is for you.

Barry has been struggling with Hip and Back pain. During his assessment, I noticed his lack of Hip . As you can see in picture 1 he was extremely limited.

Fast forward 4 weeks, and we not only have improved his , but he’s pain free in both his and . As well as up early and walking miles in the morning now.

In just 5 weeks you can change your whole “life experience” as you currently know it.

You’ve got to be willing to put in the work. The hardest part is only one call away!

🚨 CLIENT SPOTLIGHT 🚨

Starting Weight : 253 lb
Current Weight : 213 lb

and I have gone to school with each other since way back when, so when she reached out for help, we spared no time in getting to work.

During her assessment, I noticed a lack of range of motion in her right ankle, which was contributing to her , and pain. Not to mention, the pain was so bad in her right ankle she had resorted to wearing a compression boot on her foot. More importantly though, she wanted to make lifestyle changes that were going to help her improve her overall & .

Liz enrolled in my IWL365 program. She is a remote client, which means she only comes once a week. The first thing we did was some rigorous inputs. All of the other hard work, she has learned and implemented into her daily life over time.

Fast forward to today. These 2 pictures below are 16 weeks. She is out of her walking boot. Pain free in her ankle, hip and knee. 40 lbs lighter with the foundational tools to break family cycles, and implement a healthy lifestyle for her and the people she loves.

I couldn’t more proud of her, and thankful she didn’t hesitate to reach out.
