Starting this business has been such a transformative journey, not only in terms of growth and success but in the deep connections it’s brought into my life. I’ve learned that the old mantra of “no new friends” just doesn’t hold true anymore. In fact, this journey has opened my heart to a whole new level of sisterhood. 🫶🏾

Pouring into other women, supporting, uplifting, and sharing with each other has been nothing short of healing for my inner child. There’s something magical about standing alongside other women, watching them rise, and realizing that we’re all capable of creating something extraordinary together. The friendships I’ve built through Muscle Mom have completely shifted how I view connection. It’s not about competition or walls, but about lifting each other up, filling each other’s cups, and growing together. 💅💁🏽‍♀️

It’s in these relationships that I’ve found a deep sense of belonging and understanding, and I’m so grateful for every woman who’s come into my life, teaching me the true power of authentic friendship. This journey has shown me that the love and support we give one another can heal old wounds, elevate our spirits, and create bonds that are unbreakable. My perspective on friendship has changed forever, and for that, I am eternally THANKFUL.

I want to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude to each and every one of you who supported and attended our annual Bloom Where You Are Planted Mother’s Day brunch. Your presence and support made the event truly special and memorable.
