Our Little Spartans are building skills from the ground up—literally! Balancing on these exercise balls strengthens their core, sharpens focus, and teaches posture control—all key for solid Jiu Jitsu. But it doesn’t stop there! As they gain mastery, they’re rolling and flipping off the ball—boosting agility, coordination, and spatial awareness. These fun drills build fearless confidence and smooth transitions—giving them the edge when they step on the mat. Every wobble and roll prepares them to grapple with confidence!
