Today we learned that our S***t Team was incorrectly listed as earning 1st Place in our conference standings. After further review, it was discovered that some scores from the Uniontown team had been submitted late and were not included in the original Week 4 results. Once those scores were added, our team moved from 1st Place to 2nd Place in the final conference standings.

While we certainly would have appreciated being notified of the correction by the league, we understand that mistakes happen. We are proud of our athletes and all they accomplished this season, and we will gladly accept our 2nd Place conference finish.

Our previous post has been updated to reflect the correct standings.

Congratulations to Uniontown on their conference championship, and best of luck to all teams as we look ahead to the State Tournament. Our focus remains on finishing the season strong!

🏆 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗧𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗮𝗽 🏆

This past weekend, 24 athletes from the Greater Latrobe Clay Target Team traveled to Elysburg, Pennsylvania, to compete in the 2026 State Trap Shooting Tournament. After finishing 𝟮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 during the regular season, our team placed 𝟭𝟭𝘁𝗵 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝟰𝟱 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘀 from across Pennsylvania!

It was a beautiful day for competition, and we were center stage, shooting on fields located right in the middle of the range! Our team tent and flag display looked fantastic, and our sponsors banner proudly showcased the businesses that support our program. Our new gun rack was also a definite crowd favorite, drawing compliments from competitors and spectators alike.

The day started off a little chilly, but we warmed everyone up with a delicious breakfast of scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, fresh fruit, and juice. A huge thank you to our grill masters, 𝗝𝗼𝗻 𝗗𝘂𝗺𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗵 and 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗴 𝗖𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗺𝗮𝗻, for cooking up everything!

👏 Congratulations to 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗣𝗮𝘃𝗹𝗶𝗸 for shooting another 𝟱𝟬-𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 and placing 𝟰𝘁𝗵 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗩𝗮𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗙𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗲 𝗗𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 with a score of 𝟵𝟱/𝟭𝟬𝟬! This also earned her 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗚𝘂𝗻!

👏 𝗛𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗗𝘂𝗺𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗵 was our 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗚𝘂𝗻 𝗩𝗮𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗠𝗮𝗹𝗲, posting an impressive 𝟵𝟰/𝟭𝟬𝟬!

👏 In the 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗩𝗮𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗠𝗮𝗹𝗲 𝗗𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗡𝗶𝗰𝗼 𝗚𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁 earned 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗚𝘂𝗻 with a score of 𝟴𝟰/𝟭𝟬𝟬!

👏 Congratulations also to 𝗔𝗻𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗻𝘆 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗵 and 𝗧𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻 𝗗𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗲𝘆 for shooting 𝟮𝟱-𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀! It was Tristan’s first 25 Straight, which means a hat ceremony is in his future!

We are incredibly proud of our athletes for their hard work, dedication, and sportsmanship throughout the season. Competing against some of the best shooters in the state and finishing in the top quarter of the field is a tremendous accomplishment.

🏆 We also brought home some hardware! We received our Spring Season 2nd Place Conference plaque, and Summer proudly brought home the 1st Place Conference Female medal!
