We’re officially celebrating our Grand Opening, and we want to celebrate it with the entire community! 💪

These classes are open to all fitness levels and are a great opportunity to experience our Group Strength Training program.

Memorial Day 2026 🇺🇸
Thank you to everyone who came out to do MURPH 2026, who volunteered and help the day run smooth, our members (we have the best community around hands down), and most importantly to those who served and gave the ultimate sacrifice.
As a community we were able to raise $500+ for - a phenomenal organization in our local area who serves veterans
