An quick update on this page. I was involved in a nearly fatal car wreck on Nov 4th. I spent several weeks in a coma in critical condition. I suffered 20 broken bones in my chest that includes all but one rib on my right side That's why updates on this page have been absent. I have a long recovery ahead but still plan on updating this page as much as possible.

I keep getting DMs asking about this so Ill just make a post for discussion. The United States government owns a facility in Independence, MO called the Lake City Ammunition Plant. This facility is huge and is contracted to Wi******er to operate. The contract is for the plant to produce most if not all the small arms ammunition required by the United States.

Now during peace time, the US government allows this facility to produce ammunition for the civilian market. In fact some 20% of US civilian ammo comes from this facility. Last week word came out that Lake City cancelled all civilian contracts. This in turn triggered a panic buy on ammo. The only thing this means is that the facility is now in govt only operation. This doesn't mean ammo will run out. But this is an indication that the US defense sector is gearing up for war time or conflict operations.

Sticky Holsters Review

So having carried one of these holsters and played around with it for a few weeks, it's time to review this holster. Does it work as designed, yes it does. It is a minimalist holster. The soft fabric sticks to the belt line and allows you to draw the firearm.

The issue I have is it will also shift. You don't get the solid grasp of a holster on your belt. That is what's missing here. There are no clips. No belt loops, nothing. It just sits there.

On a scale of 1 to 5 with five being a perfect fit holster, I am giving this a 3. If you want a minimalist holster for $24. This may work for you. It does work as advertised. But for me, my search continues for the perfect modular holster system.

In the 47 years I have been around fi****ms, I have never seen a spent casing eject, hit a wall, then land on a box of rounds and fire a round from the box until today.
