Throughout her time at TPDC, Ava has been a beautiful example of hard work, authenticity, and kindness, leaving a lasting impact on everyone fortunate enough to dance alongside her.

Jazz & Tap
What Dance Has Taught Her:
“Dance has taught me more than anything how important relationships with people are—not just your closest friends, but coaches, the kids at your studio, and the people you look up to.”
Favorite Dance Memory:
“My favorite competition memories are hanging out with my friends in one of our hotel rooms late at night after a competition.”
Advice for Younger Dancers:
“There’s not one way to dance. It doesn’t matter what you see other people do or what’s popular. You can, and should, experience dance in your own completely unique way.”
After Graduation:
Ava will be attending Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT), where she plans to study Biomedical Engineering.
Staying Involved in Dance:
She plans to continue dancing through RIT’s dance clubs and programs.
Favorite Thing About TPDC:
“Turning Pointe has always been a studio where I felt supported and at home. Here, dance was never about winning or being the best—though that’s always fun too. It’s about making the best out of the opportunity for yourself and enjoying the time with your people.”
Ava, over the past 15 years, you have brought so much passion, dedication, and positivity to the TPDC family. It has been incredible to watch you grow from a young dancer into the driven, kind, and accomplished young woman you are today. Your leadership, work ethic, and genuine care for those around you have made a lasting impact on our studio. We are so proud of everything you have achieved and are excited to see all the amazing things your future holds. Congratulations, Ava—we know this is only the beginning!
