A happy Friday to everyone, and HUGE CONGRATULATIONS to these three amazing ladies for working hard and closing out their summer by all hitting their 750th class!

Michele is an original member from the early days in 2020 who has trained with .mooves dating all the way back to 2017!

Megan & Fotini started at UPLIFT in 2021 at the same time, along the way became best friends, both hit their 300th class together, and now their 750th class again at the same time.

It's so rewarding to see these moments become memories and to see the relationships that have been made under this roof!

Thank you to all three of you for working so hard over the years and congrats to all 3 of you!

Gotta give a quick shout-out to for completing her 750th class!⁣

Carrie Anne is a dedicated 5:00 AMer who gets up around 4:00 AM and commutes 30+ minutes to the gym and then crushes the 5:00 AM class.

That is the definition of dedication and consistency. Congratulations my friend! LET'S GO!

“You’ll never meet a community like Uplift 💪 Huge shoutout to the 6AM crew, who somehow manage to drag me out of bed with texts filled with (tough) love. My favorite people to lift heavy things with 🏋️ and I never imagined I'd lift the things I do but 6 years of training here and I’m still building strength. Thank you to the awesome trainers and members for putting up with my early morning charm 🫶 and cheers to 1,500 classes up next! Let’s goooo!!!"

Let’s also congratulate her for continuing to strength train and stay consistent throughout her third pregnancy (second one with us)!

Alex is the definition of consistency and is also the fastest member to make it to 300 classes!

Her ability to stay committed, even while navigating the challenges of pregnancy, has inspired so many of us at the gym.

We’re beyond proud of her achievements and can’t wait to see what she conquers next!
